This article explains the procedure to enable the notifications section on the device that is in kiosk mode.
- Login to AMGuard Enterprise console
- Go to policies by clicking on "Policy Groups" from the left navigation bar
- Choose desired policy and click on policy name
Note: Select Kiosk policy only
- In the policy window, go to Advanced section

- By default toggle button is on, which means notifications wouldn't show up on the kiosk device. Turn off the toggle button, as shown in the below picture.
- Once the device receives an updated policy, notice 'Notification Icon (bell icon)' in the custom status bar.
Note: Make sure custom status bar is set to "Show" in the general category
- Now on the device, the user will be able to see the system and specific app notifications received on the device.
- Clicking on notification icon, user will be navigated to notification log as shown below. Counters on notification icon indicates the number of unread notifications on the device.
- To read complete notification just tap on the notification. Once a message is tapped, it will be marked as read.
- Likewise to mark all notifications as read, click on "Mark all as read" button at the bottom.
- Once a message is read, counter on notification icon will be decremented by one. If "Mark all as Read" is clicked, counter will be reset. Refer below picture.
