In this article let's we will guide you reset kiosk screen password.
Assumption: Kiosk screen password is already set.
- Login to AMGuard® console
- The landing page would be dashboard where you get to see your account insights.
- To reset kiosk password on a particular device, click on "Devices" on left menu
- Notice list of devices in your account. Search for the desired device to reset the password
- Click on the selected device
- You will be redirected to device details page. The landing page would be "Actions"
- Notice "Clear KIOSK Password" option, click on it.
- In confirmation pop-up click on "Yes"
- On the device, user will be asked to set new password (reset the password)
- After setting the password, click on "SAVE" to reflect the changes
- Post that, user can proceed to unlock the device with new password.
