Hello and Welcome to AMGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
Now let’s get started, here in this article. We will explain the importance of AMCloud.
In today's world, it's always important to securely share important files, preferably to more people at one time. Of course, most people also need to move around essential files between different devices, and that can get tricky. Luckily, AMCloud can help you with both tasks; here's everything you need to know.
AMCloud is a cloud storage and sync service available exclusively for AMGuard enterprise customers. It makes sure that anything in its particular folder is kept safe online. What's more, AMCloud allows to download and view the files shared by the admin.
AMCloud provides an option of securely sharing documents/videos/audios/instruction set to a single or group of devices. From the Admin interface, an admin can send certain documents to a device/set of devices which can contain instruction booklet/videos/audios or any other document that your users may need to use. WeGuard knows that your documents may need to be downloaded in an area where the network conditions are far from optimum and there can be disconnects in between. Hence, WeGuard provides devices the capability to download these documents/videos/audio partially, so in case the download fails for any reason like device losing connectivity due to poor network or battery dying out, the already downloaded part will not be downloaded and the download will start from the point where it was left out before the download failed.
Now let's get started on how to use AMCloud
In this KB article, We will explain how to use AMCloud effectively
