This articles explains the procedure to access files stored on your company's Google Drive.

1. Login to AMGuard Enterprise Console

2. Click on AMCloud on left menu

3. Notice the groups listed, these are the same groups that you see in Policy Groups. For the first time you will see default groups.

4. Click on any group and go to settings by clicking on settings button (Cogwheel button)

5. Right under services section, enable Dropbox as shown below and click on save

6. On saving the settings, you will be navigated back to groups page.

7. Now from the drop down, select Dropbox

8. Click on "+" to add the path to give access to the files. 

Note : In Dropbox, the folder you want to give access to should be public

9. Once the folder path is added, you should be something like below

10. Now on the device, when you open AMCloud, you should see Dropbox along with other cloud storages (if enabled)

11. If you have enabled passcode, you will have to authenticate by entering the passcode.

12. Clicking on Dropbox will navigate you to page where you can access the Dropbox folder. Along with that you will notice another placeholder with name "Downloads". Please refer below picture

13. To access the files, click on "Dropbox Folders"

14. The files can also be downloaded. The downloaded files will be stored on device and can be accessed later though device is not connected to network. Downloaded files can be accessed from Downloads section. Please refer below pictures.
