We have added another layer of security to secure your data on Google Drive. Let's see what it is.

When you share files from Google Drive, the sharable link was being displayed on AMCloud. There is a possibility of accessing the data outside company premises as the link is clearly visible for mobile users. In new latest upgrade, a new settings is introduced through which visibility of links can be controlled.

  • Let's see how to make it work.
  • Login to AMGuard Enterprise console with valid credentials
  • Go to AMCloud page from left menu


  • Notice list of groups. For the first time you will see default groups, as you create/clone policies, you will see them in list.
  • Click on settings as shown below

  • You will see "Show Links" option (highlighted below). It is unchecked by default. Which means, mobile users will not see not see URLs.
  • Make a note that, this is applicable for Dropbox and Google Drive


  • Below picture depicts Google Drive folders on console along with links


  • Below picture depicts "no sharable link displayed" for Google Drive on WeBox app
