You might have difficulties in knowing the policy version, device is running on. To address your concern, in 4.9.2 release, we have added a placeholder to show actual policy version  and policy version running on the device. Lets see how it is represented,


Let's do a deep dive to know more details.

  • Login to AMGuard console with your credentials
  • The landing page would be device details page. On the same page, under Groups column notice,
    • Actual policy version
    • Policy version running on device
    • Icon representing the status. The status shown on the console are,

      • Blue tick  - Policy version is in sync with device

      • Red refresh - Device policy not in sync

      • Warning - Device policy version not available(not seen in image above)


In below picture,

7 indicates policy version on console

5 indicates policy version running on device
