Now let’s get started, In this article. We will show you how to filter messages by status (Active/Complete) in AMTalk
- Press on the AMTalk tab
- In the dashboard, you will see all the messages. Select the active message you want to mark as complete
- Click on the Complete
- You will get a pop-up dialogue window "Do you really want to mark this conversation as complete?" Click on Yes
- At the bottom of the screen, you will notice that the conversation is marked as completed. Now go back to the dashboard you will see the conversation is marked as completed.
