Now let’s get started, In this article. We will show you how to send a message to OPS in AMTalk


ON THE DEVICE

  • Select AMTalk app

  • Click on the compose message 


  • Enter the below details to send a message to OPS
    • Subject
    • Select the priority from the dropdown 
    • Compose the message 


  • Click on send and the message will be sent to OPS


  • You can see in the dashboard the message we just sent and click on it 


  • By clicking on it will open the conversation window for further communication on the same subject
