Now let’s get started, here in this article. We will show the benefits of AI with AMTalk in AMGuard.

We will discuss the benefits of AI with AMTalk. For this demonstration, we used a device registered with a Kiosk profile, to a AMGuard Enterprise account. This feature works equally well with other Android policies Enterprise accounts.

It is assumed that you already have a AMGuard enterprise account created for your organization.

AMGuard introduces a new feature one of its kind and 1st in the industry. A "Message Speak Out" functionality in the language choice of the user, into AMTalk - a pro application using intelligent AI algorithms, which comes along with AMGuard enterprise and Business accounts.

AMTalk reads out incoming messages loudly in the preferred language by the device user, irrespective of the language in which the message was sent. This feature addresses real-time message delivery to the user. It also removes the communication barrier between Operations and field force, as the messages are delivered and read out in the language choice of the user.

We currently support all the languages which Google Text-to-Speech Engine support. Additionally, we also support other major device OEM text-to-Speech Engine as well like Samsung Text-to-Speech Engine

Now lets us get started, Open the AMTalk app on the device and navigate to the settings pane

Under settings open language option and select the desired language from the available list based on the user preference from the wide range of available language options few of them as follow

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Chinese
  • Danish
  • Hindi

Next up, in settings, you can choose the Speak out Messages option. Here you have three options available for you.

  • All – Speaks out all the messages
  • High – Speaks out only high priority messages
  • Off – Turn’s off the speak out functionality

Next up, in settings, you have the option to choose the TTS engine. Currently, the default TTS engine is set to Google Text-to-Speech Engine. In case your device has an inbuilt TTS engine you can select that from here. As mentioned earlier, we currently support all the languages supported by Google Text-to-Speech Engine. Additionally, we also support other major devices OEM Text-to-Speech Engine as well.
