Here are the steps to disable outgoing calls from mobile device

  • Login to AMGuard Standard portal with valid credentials
  • Go to Policies page
  • Notice policies list, select the policy in which you want to disable outgoing calls and click edit on that policy, as shown below
  • Scroll down to General section and find “OUTGOING CALLS DISABLED
  • By default, the option is disabled, meaning users can make calls from the devices. To restrict that enable the option as shown below

Enable the option and save the policy

  • On mobile device, when user tries to call someone s/he would see a message shown as below,
