To let mobile phone/tablet user know that functionality is blocked with detailed message, follow below steps

  • We assume that you are already logged into AMGuard Standard portal, else case login with valid details
  • Go to policies page
  • Select the policy in which you want to add long message regarding functionality block
  • Click on edit icon

  • In Policy pop up window, scroll down to General
  • Find Long Support Message option (shown below )
  • Write down the message you would like to convey to the users something like shown below
  • And click on Save

  • Now on the device, whenever user taps on any settings which is blocked in the policy, the a message as shown as below will be displayed,

  • Clicking on More details to view the detailed message
