How do I add a long message that tells mobile phone/tablet user the functionality is blocked and managed by my organizations? Print

To let mobile phone/tablet user know that functionality is blocked with detailed message, follow below steps

We assume that you are already logged into AMGuard Standard portal, else case login with valid details
Go to policies page
Select the policy in which you want to add long message regarding functionality block
Click on edit icon

In Policy pop up window, scroll down to General
Find Long Support Message option (shown below )
Write down the message you would like to convey to the users something like shown below
And click on Save

Now on the device, whenever user taps on any settings which is blocked in the policy, the a message as shown as below will be displayed,
