To let mobile phone/tablet user know that functionality is blocked, follow below steps
- We assume that you are already logged into AMGuard Standard portal, else case login with valid details
- Go to policies page
- Select the policy in which you want to add short message regarding functionality block
- Click on edit icon
- In Policy pop up window, scroll down to General
- Find Short Support Message option (shown below )
- Write down the message you would like to convey to the users something like shown below
- And click on Save
- Now on the device, whenever user taps on any settings which is blocked in the policy, the short message will be shown as below
